Training

At AVAT Ltd we provide a confidential service to companies that have invested in Audio Visual equipment. Through our consultation process we ascertain their usage requirements from their equipment, design a programme to meet their needs and deliver training to their 'champions' of AV facilities and to the people who use the equipment both regularly or infrequently.

On completion of every installation our clients are given a comprehensive operation and maintenance user manual, written especially for their individual system. The customer is also provided with an "As-Built Drawing", illustrating exactly where each cable is terminated. Full training sessions are offered for different users at the client's premises, which can include large-scale sessions for general employees, outside users, consultants and suppliers or more specialist application training with key staff members.

We can also supply a training CD for self-training where appropriate.

In summary, we inspire Confidence in the Power of the Equipment - we teach users to understand how this new investment can work for them and to take ownership of it; to notice their improvements in communication, teamwork, and presenting. We educate them in how to use the equipment effectively. They will see the quality of their on-screen content and presentations rise, and the resultant beneficial impact on their audiences. We persuade them to actively encourage others within their organisation to think about their presentation, so that they all may feel the benefits of the investment and increased productivity from the equipment.
